Ms. Rama Chakaki, President of Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP), recently visited the Gulf Organisation for Research & Development (GORD) headquarters to explore sustainable technologies pioneered by GORD.

During her visit, Ms. Chakaki held a high-level meeting with GORD’s Founding Chairman, Dr. Yousef Alhorr. The discussion focused on GORD’s vision for a greener future and its role in spearheading innovation and research.

Following the meeting, Dr. Alhorr led Ms. Chakaki on a tour of TechnoHub, GORD’s research facility located within QSTP. The tour provided a first-hand look at the latest R&D innovations, including the Synergia9n1 units. Developed and patented by GORD, Synergia9n1 is an award-winning, ultra-efficient, and multi-modal dedicated outdoor air system. The system is designed to cool and ventilate various spaces, achieving a remarkable 50% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional cooling systems.
