Professionals from construction industry were speaking about their impressions at the 3-day GSAS-CGP workshop organized by Gulf Organisation for Research & Development at the Convention Center from 17 to 19 January 2017, where they were taken through the various topics of Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) such as its advantages, rating system, framework including categories and their weightage and the different typologies for each type of project. We spoke to some of the workshop participants about their initial impressions of GSAS and the role it is performing in the sustainable development in Qatar and the GCC region.
