Barwa Bank wishes to develop its proposed new corporate headquarters in Lusail City to accommodate its growth and to reflect the bank’s high-standing in the banking services industry. The building would house all the bank’s departments, including public areas for customer banking (the "Project"). The proposed building is intended to be occupied by the following tenants:

• Barwa Bank corporate
• Subsidiary companies of the bank (financial service providers).
• Third party independent tenants.
