With an overall site area of 26.5 square kilometers, the New Port Project (NPP) includes the NPP Commercial Terminal as a separate design-build package. NPP Commercial Terminal is composed of nine (9) GSAS registered buildings with a total built-up area of approximately 28,578.87 square meters and categorized into three: General Cargo Terminal (GCT), Multi-Use Terminal (MUT), and Offshore Supply Terminal (OST).
