GSAS Construction Management certification is intended to assess the environmental impact of the construction process for any type of projects. GSAS Construction Management framework aims to evaluate the aspects of the construction practices that have sustainability impacts and to perform measurements related to environmental parameters.

All projects seeking the GSAS Construction Management certification must register with GSAS Trust using GSASgate and pay the associated fees for registration, certification and audits in order to activate the project account.
Upon activation of the project account, the Contractor may start using the facility of GSASGATE to support the sustainability assessment of the project’s construction submittals.
During Construction, GSAS Trust shall conduct a number of audits which shall be facilitated by the Service Provider - Construction Management, these audit visits shall be conducted on a routine basis wherein time and scope is agreed beforehand with the Contractor.
After completion of submittals review and audit visits by GSAS Trust for a specific construction stage, the contractor shall receive an interim Audit Advisory Notice as per GSAS protocols indicating the audit feedback for the relevant construction stage.
Upon successful completion of the construction activities and demonstration of compliance with the requirements of targeted GSAS criteria, , the project shall receive GSAS Construction Management Certificate indicating the awarded GSAS star rating.
