GSAS Trust, GORD’s Center of Excellence, is responsible for the development and administration of GSAS green buildings and infrastructure certification framework for the projects in the MENA region seeking GSAS accreditation for their design, construction and/or operation.

Overview

Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) is the first performance-based system in the MENA region, developed for rating the green buildings and infrastructures.
